Cosmetology 1
Cosmetology 1 is an introduction class offered to sophomore-level students. Students will concentrate on basic styles (braiding, shampooing, blow-drying with different types of brushes, thermal curling, and roller sets.
They will learn the three basic haircuts (0 degree, 180 degree, and 90 degree). Rubrics are used on all practical work. Students will also learn the process of manicures and pedicures.
