Introduction to Media Broadcasting
Introduction to Media Broadcasting is a sophomore-level course designed to highlight the video & audio areas in the Media Broadcasting industry.
Students will explore broadcasting and become familiar with career opportunities. Students will also be expected to utilize language arts skills to meet the speaking and writing requirements that are an inherent component of this course.
This sophomore-level class meets on B-day mornings. It is a semester class taken either first or second semester. Nine weeks will be spent on the audio side (with the audio instructor) and nine weeks will be spent on the video side (with the video instructor).
Introduction to Media Broadcasting is 1 credit. Students may receive computer science credit for this course.
