This is my 12th year teaching at ACTC and it has been a pleasure working with the Health Science students. I received my Associate of Science in Nursing (ADN) at the University of South Carolina at Aiken and I completed my Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) at University of South Carolina Upstate. 

 

My background includes working in the Newborn Nursery, Postpartum/Antepartum Staff Nurse, Women’s and Children’s Unit Staff Nurse, Senior Public Health Nurse and School Nursing. I actually began my college career in education, so this job was a natural transition for me.

 

I'm originally from the lower part of the state but have lived here for 15 years and my husband and I consider this area home. I am blessed to have two wonderful children; Victoria, who graduated from Coastal Carolina and works for a telecommunications company, and Landon, who graduated from the University of South Carolina and works as a software engineer.
