The Anderson 1 & 2 Adult Education program is located at 214 Lebby Street in Pelzer, South Carolina. We serve adults in Anderson School Districts One and Two.

Our mission is to create a safe and caring environment where adults can achieve success in academics, computer literacy, and career preparation. We have highly qualified instructors and the latest materials and equipment.

We offer GED Preparation, Skills Upgrade, English as a Second Language, Computer Applications, WorkKeys Certification, Para-Professional Certification and Family Literacy/Parenting Opportunities.

Locations: We now have three convenient locations – Community Bible Church in the Wren area, the old Pelzer Elementary school building in Pelzer (near Bi-Lo), and Watkins Community Center in Honea Path. Simply call our 947-9311 number and we’ll direct you to the program nearest you.

Youth Program: We partner with Palmetto Youth Connection to provide financial and counseling assistance for youth 17-21 years of age to return to school to earn their GED diploma, obtain WorkKeys Certification, and enter post-secondary education or employment.
